How to open Robotics System Toolbox?

I am a total new user of Matlab. I have no idea how to open the robotic system toolbox and start a robotic program. Please give me any advises.

You don't open a toolbox. As long as it is installed properly, you just use it. There will always be examples in the documentation for any toolbox.

My guess is that you really need to start with the getting started tutorials for MATLAB first though.

The Robotics toolbox does not happen to have any "apps" -- no pre-built user interfaces to make the toolbox easier to use.
