image acquisition tool launch error

hello, I am using MATLAB 2017b with Lattepanda(windows 10 based open source hardware), of which 4Ghz, 64GB spec. When I tried to execute imaqtool, MATLAB does not respond three-fourths. I guess MATLAB might be in deadlock state. I already confirmed imaqtool works properly, when its execution is successful. How can I prevent MATLAB not responding problem when executing imaqtool?
