Coupling transport of a species to surface reactions

Can anyone help me find some resource how I can model the transport of a molecule (laminar flow) in 2D with diffusion toward a reactive surface where the molecule is adsorbed/desorbed from the surface active sites?

The FEATool Multiphysics Matlab FEM toolbox allows for easy coupling and simulation of fluid dynamics CFD , (chemical) convection-diffusion-reaction, heat transfer, and other partial differential equation based problems within a convenient GUI. That might work if your problem can be modeled as a continuum or PDE.
