Question about how to decipher my own cipher

Sooo... I was trying to simulate the enigma machine, I kind of came up with my own code that does something similar however I know not how to decipher the text once it is ciphered. So if one of your personal hobbies is cryptography, feel free to help me decipher this:

What proof do you have that it is uniquely decipherable ?

This is a MATLAB App to simulate the Enigma encryption machine. You can download all the MAT files and go through them to understand how the encryption and decryption works.
