Can the layrecnet use the Backpropagation Through Time (BPTT) algorithm?

I'm trying to use layrecnet to solve a time-series problem. I note the layer delays. So I'm wondering whether the layrecnet uses the Backpropagation Through Time (BPTT) algorithm to train the recurrent network.
