3D array and sine wave fitting

Hi all,
I'm try to achieve a few things,
1. Create a 3D array out of a number of (example :40) tif images Array format(x,y,t), with x,y the pixel location, t the number of the image.
2. Fit every (x_i,y_i,t) (evolution of the value of this pixel through the 40 images) to a sinewave function of a known frequency f. Typically fit (A,Bt)= A sin (2PI f t+ Phase)
3. Return as a result three images: fitted amplitude, phase, and the R_squares.
This method is also called Lock-in, if anyone thinks of a code that enables it, or a software able to process it, that would be great,
