How do I Cite a matlab appdesigned App for research publication?

I am looking to cite Mathworks Appdesigner platform as i have created an App that Im going to cite in my thesis . Any help or advice would be appreciated.

There is nothing to cite since it's not been published. If you published a whole paper on your app, then okay, cite the publication. But otherwise, simply say "Using a custom application I developed in MATLAB using App Designer......"
