Latency In Wireless Communicaiton

Hello Every One. i need to calculate Latency (Simulation based) in wireless system (Specifically In LTE System).

its sounds more like Real time job Not Simulation so i don't know how to initiate it.

Can any one help me with his/her suggestion or Experience ?

Monte Carlo if you are expected to compute things like minimum and maximum and mean and standard deviation.

It also wouldn't hurt to do some mode analysis in case there are multiple peaks in timings. For example if it turned there was a probability that a packet would get delayed by a multiple of an internal delay time, then the timings would peak at those times rather than being a nice smooth shape.
