I am trying to find out a way to split a signal of same frequency but having different amplitude at different time stamp. Attached is the sample data signal. If anyone has any idea how to do that please let me know.
Thank you, Akshay

The signal samples in the image looks like they are time-domain multiplexed.Try this x1 = x(1:2:end) and x2 = x(2:2:end). Don't know if that is what you need, but give it a try, I mean try taking FFTs of x1 and x2 later to see if the frequencies match (mismatch in 2 or 3 fft bins would be fine). Just curious, is it an output to test a possible jitter in your signal?
