load specific data from mat file to GUI table

To show your cell array of strings and numbers in your table called uitable1, do this:

handles.uitable1.data = yourCellArray;

How about to get specific data? I successfully show the data from mat file to gui table with this code:

myData = load('dataplat.mat');
set(handles.uitable1,'Data',myData.raw);

To get the data back out of the table, use get():

data = get(handles.uitable1, 'Data');

not to get data from table, i just wanna get specific data from mat file than show in gui table, that mat file is Database, i need query for get specific data to show in gui table n first column is primary key. note: u can see data in image in the list question, its just database i create from ms excel, than convert to mat file.
