How to solve delay differential equation in matlab?

I want to solve multi delay differential equation in matlab and want to plot y1 vs y2 and y vs t using matlab, but facing some problems using dde tools. Equation is
y1(t) = -y1(t) + btanh(y1(t-T1)) + a1tanh(y2(t-T2));
y2(t) = -y2(t) + btanh(y2(t-T1)) + a2tanh(y1(t-T3));
where T1, T2 , T3 are delays(Tau) and a1 a2 b are some constants;
Help me to solve this one...
