How to rationalize irrational (non rational transfer function)

Hello,

I have a transfer function (TF) which is irrational, TF= 1/cosh(sqrt(s/b)). So far I have two appraoches. Series expansion of cosh , or expressing cosh(x) = 0.5*(exp(x)+exp(-x)) form. However, I have no clue how I can proceed from here .

With this I was also wondering if there is any good (reading/reference) material available for handling such transfer functions.
