Hello Aditya,

According to the File Exchange submission, the ThingSpeak Support Toolbox for MATLAB requires a minimum version of R2015b. There have been a lot of changes between R2012b and R2015b, so I doubt that they will be compatible.

Hello cam, Thank you for information. Do you know how to do it on matlab 2015b? We stuck on this.

You should be able to simply download the toolbox, and then open the MLTBX file to prompt the installation. If you are having difficulties installing the toolbox on R2015b, I'd suggest contacting the MathWorks Installation Support team. I am unsure if that team supports ThingsSpeak products, but they should at least be able to point you to the correct contact.
