How Can I store Data when running a compiled simulink model

Hi,

I need to run a get internal variables of my model. I can use toWorkspace blocks or other classic data storage methods because I have to run it in a compiled mode (I run the .exe generated by the simulink model). P.S : I am using a matlab 2013b 64bits Thanks, Regards Ayoub
