Determine the cut off frequency of a low pass filter from an array of values

I have a number of sensor data collected in arrays. I would like to determine the cut off frequency of each array of data. Right now, I have a code to plot the frequency response. Then I manually determine the cut off frequency and use it to design the filter.Is there an easy way to do this?
