How to calculate the true Positive,true negative,false positive and false negative?

I am working with image retrieval.I have 10000 images in the dataset.The exact number of images to be retrieved for the input image is 1000. But when I supply the input image only 600 correct images are extracted. The remaining 400 are incorrectly identified.
For this example,How to calculate the TP,TN,FP and FN?
Can anyone provide the solution for the stated problem
