Why is the MCR for R2012a so much larger (341MB) than the MCR for R2011a (197MB)?

Hopefully that means it's twice as good!

The r2012a MCR is available for download and the r2011a one is not. Potentially the r2012a MCR has all the toolboxes and the r2011a only has the toolboxes you are licensed for.
