How can I draw the regular arrows for wind vector in a region?

Hello. I tried to draw the wind arrows of u & v winds using the grads. Data is hourly average/month If someone who knows how can we draw the arrows, please help me for this problem. the attachment is an example.

can draw arrows, but I never use it so don't know exactly what input is needed and how closely it meets your needs.
