The instructions for manually installing alexnet.mlpkginstall do not work. Help!

I have a non-internet connected PC. I downloaded alexnet.mlpkginstall and transferred it to my non-internet connected PC and placed it in my Current Folder. Per the manual installation instructions, I double clicked on it. MATLAB then launched the Add-On Explorer which generated the following error.

Failed to load URL. https://login.mathworks.com/embeddded-login/login.html?locale=en_US with error(-118).

I take this to mean that it attempted to access the internet and failed.

Please provide guidance ... thank you

Hi!

I understand that you are facing internet connection difficulties while using Mathworks Product Installer. It is possible that your Computer Security software is preventing the MathWorks Installer from connecting to the MathWorks servers.
