Problem with the Payment while buying

Hello I am studying in Germany and I am originally from India. I wanted to buy Matlab Student but as Matlab accepts only payments through VISA and Mastercard I cant pay from Germany as I dont have one here. Can I buy it through an Indian Visa card of my father and use that Matlab version in Germany?

Side note: the license conditions say that MATLAB licenses cannot be used outside of the country they were purchased in, unless the person gets permission from MATLAB.

I suspect that clause has to do with the fact that the licenses do not cost the same everywhere, and that the clause is there to prevent people from buying from the least expensive place and using it in more expensive places. However, it is also possible that this has to do with distributor rights, for the countries where MATLAB uses distributors: distributors don't like software being brought in from outside and damaging business.

My speculation has long been that permission would be routinely granted for MATLAB licenses purchased from Mathworks in the more expensive markets (such as Europe) for use in less expensive markets where Mathworks does direct sales.
