how can i remove background from dicom image

how can i remove background from dicom image relay i need method to help me thx

I have same question, I am doinng quantitative magnetization transfer.

I need to delete all background signal (rectangular is fine).

Is there anyway I can use software edit my DICOM Image?

So far I am using ImageJ to clear outside but it cannot saved as DICOM.

What does "Delete" mean to you? Keep in mind that images must remain rectangular. They can't have holes with missing pixels or ragged edges. You forgot to attach the image.
