Decompose M*N data in Wavelet GUI

I have a matrix of M*N, where M=100 is number of trials. I need to decompose these trail data using Wavelet GUI. Is there any way that i can solve this problem without creating 100 separate variables by hand? N.B. the signal is 1D. So I need to use wavelet 1D tool.
