Is there a Simulink block that provides the difference of several signals?

For example, I have two signals in the first graph as shown, is there a block that would provide me the difference (so called uniformity) of these two signals and give me the graph encircled? I also want to extend this to five different signals, so basically I need to take the minimum and maximum of the five signals and subtract it to each other to provide me the graph below.

I don't think there is such a special block. However, it can be done with the Sum block (used as subtraction), MinMax and Scope block.
