Plotting sine wave.

I need to plot sin(x) and cos(x), both in the same graph, with amplitude = 5, period = 10s. Two periods in the positive and two periods in the negative. Please help! I don't know how to plot the negative cycles :(

The ‘negative cycles’ take care of themselves, since the sine and cosine curves will go from +5 to -5, unless there is something about this homework assignment you have not told us.
