- precision = TP / (TP + FP);
- recall = TP / (TP + FN);
- f_measure = 2 * (precision * recall) / (precision + recall);

You can use confusion function to calculate false negative (FN), false positive (FP), true positive (TP), true negative (TP) and then calculate the parameters using formulae -
