How to get power system analysis toolbox(PSAT)?

I want to do small signal stability analysis of a two area system with four generators. how do I get power system analysis toolbox(PSAT) for MATLAB?

I had no problem downloading the 2.1.10 version there. It is only 1.7 megabytes.

I have been trying to download PSAT for 2 days on that official link, and the page just won't open. you dont get any error. just the internet browser seems to load the page, and nothing happens.

anyway, after more than 24 hours of searching, i found this version of PSAT on a private unofficial repository. please spread this. download and use at your own responsibility.

after installing PSAT this error shows

MATLAB Version 9.0

Failed Conversion from simulink model : Permision Denied

Index exceeds matrix dimensions

Data conversion failed.

I suspect that it is trying to upgrade the model to current simulink but you are working in a readonly directory .

Neither of those are valid URLs. The second one can be corrected to http://www.power.uwaterloo.ca but the first one cannot be corrected.

The downloads links at uwaterloo.ca point send you over to the ucd.ie url that I already provided.
