Pipe Network/Circuit Visualisation in Matlab.

Hey All, I need help visualizing a pipe network in the form of NODES and EDGES ("Graph" function isn't helping as I have duplicate nodes) and then would like to have a colour scheme applied to them to show different flow rates and pressures in them. Any leads would be appreciated. (My Matlab skills are intermediate) For eg. My Connectivity matrix is : [1 2;2 3;3 4;2 4;2 4;4 5] and would like to represent this is a network.
