Image enhancement of SAR imagery

What are the image enhancement tools/algorithms for multilooked image formed for synthetic aperture radars, especially to remove speckle. Kindly exclude lee, frost, gamma map, kuan filters. Also, the buildings appear slant but blurred(only HH taken). What should be consequent steps to enhance the image, which may include any kind of spatial filtering, frquency domain filtering or morphological operators. i am attaching images for further clarity.
