Using Micromeasurments student daq with matlab

Hi I am trying to record strain gauge data using Micromeasurments StudentDaq MM01-120, I want to store the data and make calculations and display a live graph if possible. I noticed there are other supported DAQ instruments so I am sure this is possible but not sure where to start
