how to edit "click options" In the process of edit C mex s-function

hi ，everybody，i want know how to edit "click options" .as "Add signal / Delete signal" in the figure below。

purpose：Increase port number and parameters by clicking the button,like simulink library files "CAN Pack"/"CAN Unpack"

can you tell me how to do it or give me operation instruction file
