Segmentation fault with external program

I want to execute my Ansys APDL code in Matlab so I use: !"/ansys_inc/v140/ansys/bin/ansys140" -b -i Programme_Ansys.txt -o output.txt But when I execute this I have this error: Segmentation fault "/ansys_inc/v140/ansys/bin/ansys140" -b -i Programme_Ansys.txt -o Log_Matlab.txt: Segmentation fault Why does not this compile normally?
