Analytical Solution for transcendental equation

I have to solve f(t)=(A/t)*((n*B^n*t^(n-0.5)*exp(-B*t)^n)-((1-exp(-B*t)^n)/(2*t^0.5)))=0 for t in terms of t where A,B and n are constants. Please suggest me the method which gives value of expression for t in terms of A and B.
