Ideal Pressure Sensor, Static Head or Total Head?

I have a doubt about the ideal pressure sensor in simscape environment. The question is: which pressure the sensor measure? The pressure relative to the static liquid column or the first without the head spent to move the liquid?
In formula:
Total Head= (V^2)/(2g) + P/(density*g)

this or this
(Total head) (Static head)
The question is not trivial because the pressure probes aren't connected directly to pipes, but at conservatives lines, so there is no a diameter to evaluate the speed of the fluid, which creates more doubts.

The pressure sensor available in Simscape measures the total head or effective head.
As you say there is no diameter to evaluate the speed of moving fluid, it can be measured using a speed or flow rate sensor which is avaialble in Simscape library.
Once you know the speed or flow rate (volume or mass) its possible to calculate the kinetic head. Later you can evaluate the static pressure /potential head by subtractinig the kinetic head from the total head.
Hope this clears your doubt.
