the gigecam just disconnect from matlab after few minutes

hey i put the cam on the Laptop (cam LED is yellow) i create an videoinput obj. (cam LED is green) and just preview it. that works fine a few minutes... after a time like 5-15min the cam just desconnects (cam LED in yellow)

i have set the autodisconnect from Windows on -1 (off) but the cam still disconnects after a while..

i can use gigecam object without Crash on my test PC. but on the PC it have to run the CPU goes over 100% and the Connection crashes.

if i use videoinput with JumboFrame, PacketDelay etc. the CPU is on 20% but it crashes like i described.

Can you share the MATLAB crash dump. You can refer to following MATLAB Answers post for finding the crash log:

Also, share the imaqsupport.txt file generated after executing the following command in MATLAB command prompt:

hey the files:

matlab_crash_dump.XXXX
java.log.XXXX
hs_error_pidXXXX.log

dont exist.

the Programm still runs. but i dont get data from the Camera. And the Video object from the Camera still exists.

i have attached the imaqsupport file

some to add: sometimes if i take a screenshot and the Camera LED was on yellow, i get the Screen the camera LED is short green and goes back to yellow. but that dont work everytime.

im using videoinput object and gige adaptor. PacketSize is 9014 and for PacketDelay im using this skript
