is it possible to remove the extra organs from 3d segmented volume instead of region of interest?

I segmented the Liver using deep learning method from CT abdominal images and saved the initial probability results in a volume. Now I want to know that during the learning some extra organs instead of Liver are also misclassified and segmented in initial probability map. Is it possible that I remove these extra organs and segment only the 3d liver from my initial probability? In the given image below is my volumetric results, yellow lines show the not interested areas (extra organs) and the white line is the Liver. I need only the white circled area....

If they are always separate and the liver is always one contiguous segmentation, you can select the largest volume. For 2D there are several tools, so I imagine there are some as well.
