Does MATLAB Mobile for iPhone X support higher GPS sensor sampling rates than once every 10 seconds?

I am running Matlab Mobile [phone] (R2017b) and desire to increase the sampling rate of the GPS sensor. Using an instantiated mobiledev object m, I am able to increase the sampling rate of the other sensors (most of them) using m.SampleRate = x. However, the GPS sampling rate remains at once every 10 seconds which is not sufficient for the experiments I am attempting to run.

Is there a mechanism through Matlab Mobile that I can employ to change the sampling rate of the GPS sensor? Or, perhaps an iPhone X settings change to affect the same?
