I have theoretical data and data I have measured myself. See below. Each line represents a different measurement. I want to match each line of the data I have taken to the theoretical line that best matches it. What is the best way to write this code to compare measured data to theoretical ?
I want to match the measured data to the theoretical data is most resembles.
FYI my measured data is in the form of 676 X 10 matrix where each column represents a different measurement.

I think xcorr does what you want.

You need to think carefully about what precisely you mean by "best matches it" or "most resembles". First, you can write out what that means in words. Then you can write it in pseudocode. Then you can write it out in MATLAB. (This forum will be most helpful in that last step, after you tell us more detail about what you want.)
