Finding X and Y coordinates for deep learning Classifier after segmentation

I have a deep learning classifier that runs on split screen segments. It classifies each segment of pixels, but I also need it to extract coordinates of each segment it classifies.

I.E. "This segment of pixels is a bird" but I also need to tie pixel coordinates to that info. thanks!
