Couldn't understand a Reshape function in Puncture Vector

The above image is my simulink model for convolution code, but I am unable to understand the input of Puncture Vector "Reshape", Please help me to understand what reshape function does here? And how 640x1 matrix converted into 384x1 in the puncture.
