How to return estimated intervals or standard deviation for support machine regression model

For GPR model, we can use [ypred,ysd,yint] = predict(gprMdl,Xnew) to returns the estimated standard deviations and the 95% prediction intervals for the new responses at the predictor values in Xnew from a trained GPR model. But I have not found the similar predict function for SVR model. Are there any ways to calculate the intervals or standard deviation for trained SVR model.
