I want to ask about imshow, if I show many picture for "imshow",then I must use for loop that is order to conbine the some picture that see like the video. then I need to how to do?

Be sure to add
drawnow()
after each imshow()

You could use something like the following:
http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/7900-movie-from-a-sequence-of-images
You can find the code as well and edit it to suit your application (i.e. only display the sequence of images as a movie and not save it as avi..)
