PCA extraction with KNN Classification from Brain Signal Database

Hello there, i'm new in Matlab and i want to ask something, i have a database that consist brain signal data from "sleepy conditions", and i used to make PCA extraction method with KNN classification, and i don't know what i used to do, it's possible to solve the problems? Hope you can help me...thank you :)
