Synchronous Generator Output Power Spike Issue When R Load Changes

Hello,
I have a Synchronous Machine connected to R-load using Ideal Switch block. I want to simulate the load change. The load changes from 1 MVA to 0.5 MVA, but the output power shows huge spike at the switching time. Could anybody suggest me a solution, please?
