THis really is a poor support for rasp pi..why is this not a simple process..no wonder people get annoyed and give up with this software..!!! Not impressed!!

Unfortunately, your concerns are not actionable in the form you expressed. At the moment we have no idea which release you are using, or which model of Pi 3 you are using, or what difficulty you are encountering, or what features you feel are missing.
