Hi, I have a problem please. What we mean by CDF in network. I plot a curve. The abscisse axe represent the users throughput and the vertical axe is the CDF.The question is what is CDF.

"In probability theory and statistics, the cumulative distribution function (CDF, also cumulative density function) of a real-valued random variable X, or just distribution function of X, evaluated at x, is the probability that X will take a value less than or equal to x."

I do not see any reference to power control methods in the discussion that Star Strider posted ?

Ah, I overlooked the link to the paper "A Novel Downlink Power Control Scheme in LTE Heterogeneous Network " that you had posted. The paper does say,
"Fig. 4 shows the downlink throughput CDFs (Cumulative Distribution Function) of the macro users in the central cell. "
so their use of CDF is the same as what was already posted.
