graph comes out all rotated

so this is what i have

posdegreeline = refline(tand(-45),0);
negdegreeline = refline(tand(45),0);
posdefreeline.Color = 'r';
negdegreeline.Color = 'r';

and i get

i dont know why top angled one is not colored and also it need to look like this

angel has to be 45 both side please help!!

Is it possible that you change your xlim or ylim after drawing the refline? Including automatically such as if you did another plot() that happened to have x or y data outside the xlim and ylim that were active when you called upon refline() ?
