hypothesis test in machine learning

a have a learning algorithm, and i made an experiment to determine its accuracy , by comparing it with others;SVR,Gaussian process and ANN.after i finish my experiments , my teacher asked to do hypothesis tests to prove the confidentiality of the algorithm. please , may you advice me how i should do that.
