how to use ANFIS

can any one help me; i am using PID controller for my model and i got good performance but i used the data to train ANFIS, to use fuzzy controller; but unfortunately the result of fuzzy controller becomes bad when i compare with PID auto tuning, so can any one suggest me how to apply.
