How can I map a box plot or adjust its values?

Hello, let's have a box plot. The problem I am facing is how map the values by $e^-{\lambda}$ like in the picture. It can't be done by mapping the data and making a box plot over them, because the results will be different. I want to create a box plot on the reliability scale.
