How we can find the body measurements of a person from his image?

I want to find the body measurements of humans from images for example height, shoulder length, waist size, arms and leg's length etc. I have drawn a boundary around the person and by subtracting the max pixel index from min pixel index I found the height. now I want to find the other measurements Shoulder, waist, arms and leg lengths How I can find these. Actually, I want to know that which techniques can be used for this purpose and which technique would be best. the image with boundary is attached.
